A special screening of a film-in-progress exploring the work of Savia Viegas invites audiences into the intimate, untold stories of women from her village, Carmona. Through evocative embroidery and personal narratives, the film reflects on memory, resistance, and the complexities of womanhood. The screening will be followed by a conversation with the directors and Savia, alongside her ongoing solo exhibition of embroidered works and paintings—offering a deeper, immersive experience of her powerful storytelling.
